This sounds yummy! …..and guess what? We just bought a halibut fillet, spinach and shitake mushrooms. Will try your new creation tonight. Halibut is expensive, but oh, is it good! Keep cooking and creating. Loved the pizza recipe.

What an adventure! Thanks for the clear, concise, graphic and extremely well-written description. Almost felt that we were in the cave with you. Also, very informative post; learned a lot. Total blackness and only two flash lights freaked me out a bit; have you thought about bringing a flood light on your next visit. Enjoy the accomplishment and the memories of that special day. M & D
